These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 03p999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the 03p999 website, mobile-optimised platform, and all associated services, games, and features accessible at 03p999.net and its subdomains.

By clicking the registration button, completing the account creation process, logging into an existing account, or making a deposit or wager on the 03p999 platform, you expressly confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms without modification;
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;

Accounts registered by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria — particularly the 21+ age requirement — will be closed immediately upon discovery. Any balance in such accounts will be forfeited, and deposited funds may be returned at 03p999's sole discretion after deducting any winnings derived from those funds.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 03p999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other website or service;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Notify 03p999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

03p999 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 03p999 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Account Activity. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not conducted by you personally. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested through your account.

Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if no login or transaction activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. 03p999 may apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 consecutive months may be closed.

Account Closure. You may request closure of your 03p999 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. 03p999 may also close or suspend accounts at its sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, or failure to complete KYC verification.

Supported Payment Methods. 03p999 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. 03p999 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits. All deposits are credited to your 03p999 wallet in real time or as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 03p999 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance after deduction of any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name that matches your 03p999 account identity;
• 03p999 may request additional documentation for any withdrawal request as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

Processing Times. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are processed within one business day. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within 10 to 30 minutes depending on blockchain confirmation times.

03p999 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus per player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible player, household, device, IP address, or payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

General Gaming. All casino games available on 03p999 — including slots, live Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, and all other titles — are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these general Terms shall prevail with respect to all financial and account-related matters.

Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on 03p999, including cricket, PSL, UFC, and all other sporting events, are governed by the 03p999 Sportsbook Rules published on the platform. Key provisions include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where specifically permitted in the Sportsbook Rules (e.g., cash-out feature where available).
• 03p999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at any time during a live event. 03p999 shall not be liable for any bets that could not be placed due to a market suspension.
• PSL and ICC cricket betting markets will be settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned matches are settled in accordance with the Sportsbook Rules.

Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that results in an incorrect outcome being displayed or an incorrect payout being made, 03p999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the error. Winnings arising from a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds being displayed — may be voided at 03p999's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 03p999 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account on the 03p999 platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with games;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical glitches in any game or system for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates applicable financial regulations;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account;
• Making or attempting to make chargebacks on legitimate deposits;
• Engaging in any conduct that 03p999 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 03p999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on 03p999 content;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 03p999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical malfunction, system downtime, or internet connectivity issues;
• Losses arising from the actions of third parties, including but not limited to payment providers, game software providers, or network operators;
• Losses arising from the use of incorrect or outdated information displayed on the platform;
• Any indirect financial losses resulting from gambling activity on 03p999.

03p999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any content, game, or service on the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

03p999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the next period begins.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which the platform will automatically log out the player.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 03p999 holds its international gaming license. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes, to the extent permitted by applicable local law.
